  • When should I register for my wedding?

    We recommend registering for your wedding at least three months before your scheduled event date to ensure proper preparation and availability.

  • Do I need an appointment?

    Yes, we kindly request that you schedule an appointment to register your wedding. This allows us to provide you with personalized, one-on-one attention during the process.

  • When should the wedding party get fitted?

    We advise the wedding party to schedule fittings approximately six to eight weeks before the wedding date. This timeframe allows for any necessary alterations and ensures a perfect fit for the big day.

  • What if someone is from out of town?

    Out-of-town wedding party members can have their measurements taken at a local tuxedo shop. These measurements can then be sent to us via mail, fax, phone, or email for processing.

  • When should we pay for the tuxes?

    A $20 down payment is required at the time of fitting or measurement submission. The remaining balance is due upon pickup of the tuxedos.

  • What specials do you offer?

    Our wedding specials are subject to change. Please contact our store directly for the most current promotional offers and details.

  • When are the tuxes ready?

    Tuxedo pickup is typically scheduled for one to two days before the event. Please consult with our staff for specific timing details for your order.

  • Do I have to make a down payment?

    Yes, a non-refundable $20 down payment is required to secure your tuxedo reservation.

  • Will you sell the same dress to someone that goes to my school if I bought it first?

    We have a policy of not selling identical dresses in the same color to individuals attending the same event to ensure uniqueness for our customers.

  • Do you have rush order charges or sales tax on rentals?

    We pride ourselves on transparency in pricing. There are no additional fees such as rush order charges or sales tax applied to our tuxedo rentals.
